GayNicaragua.org is a cooperative effort of two gay foreigners that live in Nicaragua. We found that getting information about gay life here in Nicaragua was almost impossible. Even the internet had very little to offer. One of us spent two weeks every year for four years before he found a gay bar in the capitol, Managua. Things were not and still are not very well publicized. Often times if you succeed in finding a phone number, it is already out of service or nobody is there to answer the call.

 

 

We decided to do something about it! We are a non-profit effort to help bring more gay-tourism into Nicaragua. We do not accept any payment to list businesses and organizations. If you know if any gay resources that we have not included in this site, please contact us to get them listed.
