Sexual Diversity Initiative for Human Rights (IDSDH) is the main gay rights organization in the country. The following is the link to that site and we will bring you a more detailed description shortly!

There is a less orgnized lesbian community. Their website is www.gruposafo.org/ but we have not found much movement on the site.

 

We will bring you more as we investigate. Unfortunately, Nicaragua is slowly moving into the 21st century with regard to the gay movement and with regard to technology, so the sites are often very outdated by the time you find them. We are doing our best to bring you the most current information!.
